Since 7th grade I have always bought high mileage running shoes for high arched runners. About three years ago I had sports orthodics made for me and since then have been battling minor injuries. My big question is 'now that I have had orthodics made, do I change to standard normal arch shoes'? Aren't I over doing it by having both high arch shoes and extra thickness in my orthodic?
Thanks for the help!
Sara
