.Hi everyone,
I'm designing a range of domestic products that will assist and encourage people who do no exercise at all, to stretch daily.
I'm researching into different static stretching techniques on the internet. Many sites seem to only offer written text on how to perform various stretches.
I'm looking for sites, books, journals, etc. that offer me texts and graphic illustrations on how to perform static stretching correctly and safely.
Any ideas on where to look?
Thanks.
Michael
