I have had horrible back pain on and off for 10 years. I have been to every kind of doctor possible. I take Celebrex daily to survive. Since August, my back has gone out 4 times. When it does, I can barely move. My body twists up and my right hip gets way higher than the left. My pelvis twists horribly. My back gets sorer as the day goes on. When it is in the acute stage it is very painful to be up more than about 10 minutes at a time. My back on the lower right side gets as hard as wood and then it starts pulling on the front right side. The last time it happened, for the first time, I experienced knee and foot pain from being so twisted. My right foot was going way out to the side. When I am in good enough condition to work out, it helps, but it takes so long to recover when it happens it is hard to stay in good shape. For about a year, I worked out at least 2 hours a day 5-7 days a week and only ate between 100 and 1200 calories. I was too thin. I am 43 and 5"7 and I got down to 120. I got a new job and couldn't keep up the schedule. I still stretch and ride a recumbent bike 5 days a week or more when my back is up to it, but I haven't been able to put the time into that I had before. I am desperate for help. I have been told I have slight scoliosis and slightly degenerating discs, but probably not enough to cause the problems I am having. Some doctors say it is muscular, some say it is bone, and others have said it is nerves. No one has been able to help me. Can you help me or refer me to someone who can.

Thank you,
