i need more speed

hi i am 15 and i enjoy the training part of athletics and prefer harder session to easy session, but my coach keeps making me do really easy speed sessions, i know they are building up my speed for next years season.
does anyone know any gd speed session that are more tiring and would make me feel like i have worked out

it sounds like your coach is on the right track. If you get tired you will not run as fast and therefore get no benefit from the speed work. You want to be fresh for each drill so that you can condition your body to run at a greater speed.

There are times when you want to push your body to near exhaustion, but those times are designed to improve your endurance.

Totally agree with Coach Dan. I know that it is hard but do not be impatient ( , it is for your own benefit. )
Your body is still growing so listen to your coach, he knows a lot more than you. D
