Hey I'm a 13 yearold male boy and I want some abs in about 2 months befour I go on a vacation to costa rica. I have some extra fat on me I want to lose and get some abs. ((I would like some help on diet (No protein i want to be skinny toned with abs) and form my "boob area to be fit and toned also" So any help with ((diet,technice,How long it should take and all that good stuff)) I am very athletic I go to the gym for ab work and cardio for about 2 hours 4 days a week and I shadow box for 30 min and 50 pushups a day 22 situps and 200 lower ab exercusis a day. Any advice would help. Thanks!

go to a gym or make a small one in your house take 3 pairs of weights 1 pair 2kg 2nd pair 3 kg and the 3rd pair 5kg and work out dont do an exhast diet that will harm u now just quit or reduse callories from fat increase food with proteins carbonhydrates im not recomend u what kind of food 2 u 2 eat try to do it with your moms recipies or tell her to improve them if they are awful for your purpose,quit snacks with to much fat.here is asmall training program 4 u.2 sets 8-10 times for every body part with the 2 kg pair between sets have at least 1 min a rest do 10 - 12 sets.4 abs lie on the floor and do 4 sets 25 times if u feel exhausted do 6 sets 10 times.dont overdo it.also u can run 2 miles in a week.begin with that be patient dont do more than this .ask some friends 4 exercises im telling u that because english isnt my mother language and i will confuse u with the performance of each exercise.also u can have more friens if u ask 4 extra tips but this program dont ignore it .it will be harmfull 4 u 2 do more and 4 god shake dont take drugs or somethink like that to achieve your goals.ill be glad to tell me more this is weekly program 4u.

i have seen body type like yours and good results had after 3 years of hard working so u must be patient.dont give up .
