Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of any initiatives that aimed to get office workers to do more exercise?
I've heard of a couple. Like the a U.S. office whose infra-structure is designed to make workers walk as much as possible.

Not quite the same, but I know the Canadians when designing shopping centres where many people will visit again try to design a infrastructure for people to walk as much as possible.
Try looking at Japanese office cultures if you can.
