Hi I am wondering if people can help me....I have been diagnosed with second stage annorexia from post traumatic stresss disorder but didnt realise I did until my counsellor told me to put weight on...they say I have it but i do hink i do as i do eat quite a bit but cut out carbs to almost having a fear of them
I used to be in the military and train everyday and was very very fit and ate right but was involved in an accident, was kjnocked off my bike and was worried I couldn't exercise...so i cut my intake down and cut out carbs until my weight started to drop. I used to train like mad and have always dreamt of being thin but i do have a large frame, like my bust is 36" whe im down to my bones. I want to get better but fret that if i out the weight on i will ballooon ahain and wont be able to lose it. I have started cardio trainig of like 20 mins runing of sprin for a min then blast etc everyday but know this is not the way. I have known no other way to lose weight than to cut my calories but my body os suffering. I need some help and nutrtional advice so that I will put the food in my mouth and eat but be confident i can aintain it. i am disguste with my body at the mo and need help so anybody coulds u give me advice please i am desperate!
