I used to receive PP newsletter through the mail...how can I go about receiving them?

Please be advised that Peak Performance newsletters are now available exclusively online and nothing is sent in hard copy anymore.
The PDF format of our newsletters makes it easier for our users to view and make use of more information than ever, as well as enabling users to download the PDF's onto portable devices like phones or laptops to take to their training with them.
