Been dealing with this for a couple years now. Basically it can't ever be repaired, I can only do the best I can to work around it. Lots of stability work, strengthening, and gait retraining. I supinate heavily when I walk, am somewhat hyperextended in that leg naturally, and have no flexibility in my feet. Just hammers my poor knee with every stride I take. I'm afraid to run, which is a small problem if I want to go back to playing sports :-(

Anyone else have popliteal issues? It took 3 docs to identify the source of the problem so I guess it's relatively rare?
