Sure, Matt. I started following duathlon athletes a while back at the suggestion of a friend. Raf, an Australian, became one of my favorites as he seems like a nice guy, in addition to being a great athlete.
I get most of my info about him from his webpage. www.rafaelbaugh.com.
His season has ended for the year with him picking up third at Zofingen and second at Magicman.
Emma Moffatt is another great triathlon Aussie to watch.I'd love to see duathlons grow as much as triathlons have, though.
I have huge respect for all people who can do triathlons and duathlons. It seems triathlons are catching on more in the USA as I saw an article that triathlon registrations are at an all-time high there.
