Hey, my name is Sina, I currently live in London. Working full-time for a training company that develops Personal Trainers, but in my spare-time I like to speak to members that go to my gym. Its unbelievable how many of them suffer from what I like to call Busy Life Syndrome.. or at least they think they are busy. Personally if some people were THAT busy then they wouldn't have time to even hit the gym.
As I'm pretty big in nutrition, I distribute a global brand also part-time. Now what I use for my clients is a lifestyle analyser tick-sheet, which is really quick to fill out and highlights individual's current diet, lifestyle just simply based on the type of food they like to eat, the amount of exercise they receive. And what I found was that most of my clients in London... required additional nutrition, due to many reasons. Skipping meals, smoking, drinking, pollution and regular exercise.
You are probably thinking... "(Regular exercise how is that bad?)" lol, its not bad, however, on the long-run you're body is required to refuel itself and find a source that can provide you with the right level of nutritional needs.
There was also an experience which I conduct every time I have a big group, its quiet funny when everyone in the room realises, that none of them are nutritionally maintained.
If you like a copy of my lifestyle analyser, I'll be more than happy to share it and go through it with you. Or feel free to come to one of my sessions in London (they are free to check out).
