As the shorter half of a beach volleyball duo, I have some pretty tough fitness goals to meet. I need to be SUPER explosive, but I need to carry that power over a 24-48 hour tournament weekend. anyone want to take on a pet project?..... I'm in South Florida... The next big thing after Southern California and Brazil..... training 12 mos. a year.... best work ethic ever, but very poor..........
