Greetings from Summit County, where some of the ski areas have been open since mid October. I am the owner of Mountain Sport Pilates and Fitness in Frisco Colorado, the author of Open Your Heart With Winter Fitness: Mastering Life Through Love of the Slopes, a master instructor trainer for Fitour and the ski-fitness coach for Epicski Academy. In the winter season, I work part time for Copper Mountain, and my husband teaches at Breckenridge. I also write fitness articles for the Professional Skier, HerSports, Aspen Magazine, etc.
