I am so excited about my recent half marathon time that I wanted to share it with others. I have run many half marathons before around the 1:40:00 mark and even ran one last year in 1:31:02, but it was mostly downhill in Moab, Utah. I moved to Sydney, AU for a year and trained for a half here. I was shotting for a time of 1:30:00 and actually got a 1:27:50. I followed a very structured program and pushed myself very hard during the training. I didn't think I would be able to really push myself to that limit, but really felt good at the end of the race. It was all about being disciplined and following the program. Hope others can achieve similar success!
