hey all
I am a past college cross-country and track runner. I have not ran much the past year and I am looking for some tips and techniques/workouts to smooth the process of getting back into shape. I would like to run a 1/2 marathon in a few months.
When I was in shape my pr's for some distances are:
5k-15.40
3ksteeple-9.30
mile-4.20
8k,cross-25.30
10k,cross-33.00
What will I be capable of doing in the 1/2 marathon?
