Greetings from Malaysia!

Hi!
My name is Patrick.I'm 53yrs old and am a FIVB Level II volleyball coach from Malaysia.At one time,I used to coach the National Mens' team however due to work commitments,currently coach at grass-root levels ( schools )only.
Am married and a practising Catholic with 2 children.My interests apart from coaching v'ball are church-work,working out at the local gym and biking ( motor-cycles ).
I hope to be able to learn and share sports experiences with one and all.
