hmm :roll: Well hi there, what a fab site with a wealth of information and very knowledgeable people. Have just spent the last hour and half going through past listings, have learnt loads.
I'm a girly, newly qualified personal trainer, nut advisor, pilates instructor, and also teach ETM for fun. Hobbies include Scuba, Dance, the gym and butting my nose into other people training at the gym. :wink:
Am looking forward to comunicating with all you clever people, this will be a valuble source of information.
