New Boy!

I have actually already posted, re: “….stretching….” already but a little about me:

I am a kayaker/canoeist of 20+ years, in the last couple of years trained as a sports massage therapist. But this summer embarked on training in Hanna Somatic Education (H.S.E). But having received Alexander technique lessons I felt there was a way in which persons could prevent injuries by having better awareness of themselves during daily activity and sport (just take a look at a lot of joggers and people in gyms – poor use of self)

Somatic education which would cover Alexander technique, Feldenkrais Method and Hanna Somatic Education aims to improve mobility, co-ordination and help reduce muscle pain through neuromuscular re-education

Currently I work as an design engineer, nut hope in the long term to teach H.S.E, design and make some furniture and kayak, climb and swim as much as I can.

Chris
