Hi all,
I am Jon. I train Chow Gar (a kung-fu style) and do some weight training too. Still a beginner at both (about 3-4 years I think) but veeery slow progress with the weight training.
Looking for motivation as usual.....
Recently got injured in kick boxing (twisted ankle and chipped fibula) so that put me out of action for a couple of months.
Also like cooking and photography.
Oh - and how do I beat my personal best - I just keep at it! Although these days I fear I am past my personal best now!
