hi sparrow here,first time on.
i used to race mtb's in nz, i won a regional senior mens x-country title and raced in our national series for 3 years before having to give up due to ongoing back problems suffered in crashes,returned trying to race at start of this year winning age group in a local race before once again hanging up shoes due to back pain.
have had 6months off and are now going to give road racing another crack,just about to start up training to see if back can handle the road,should be interesting.
