hello for wet n wild wales

hi, im a relative newby, not an athelte I'm afraid I realised at a young age I was better at sorting out other peoples fitness and injury problems rather than sorting my self out!!

I'm a physio by trade, working in the good old british NHS system!! Though I'm testing the waters of the private practice as well. My presonal fave's in sport are atheltics and rugby. I'm slightly obsessive about athletics, so any questions I'll try and help. Will also be using you all as tools to feed my addiction of knowledge!!!!
