Hi everyone, thought I should introduse myself. I`m 18 years old, from Oslo Norway. I am an active practisioner of Parkour and Handball(European not American.) I`m interested in almost all areas of training and athletics. I hope to learn alot from these forum and it``s members.

How long have you been doing Parkour. Do you do any specific training for this? Its a very interesting sport :)
