Hi everyone,
My name is Keith.
I recently started praticing Muay Thai and Tennis lessons also.
I have had some ankle problems. Pain, light strain on left foot, etc.
I think maybe the side to side motions of tennis is becoming a problem. Also, the Muay Thai practice has been in a park, on grass, and as I am 40 now, I'm wondering if the lack of a foam mat that I would have in a Dojo is contributing to the problem. I'm hoping it's not just my age! I will follow what I learned on line, such as walking on toes and heels, sides of feet, balancing and squatting on one foot, etc. Any advice on ankle strengthening and reinjury prevention would be greatly appreciated.
I was looking on line for ankle and foot injury solutions and came upon this site.

Have a great day, all!

Sincerely,

Keith
