Hi, My name is Elena and I'm from Cyprus. I row on a competitive level but I would appreciate any advice available. I am also studying to become a coach through a free course in the internet and maybe I will need advice in the near future.

its not a course, but if you go on to the FISA web site there is info on what most entry level courses have to offer it is at: http://www.worldrowing.com/home/default.sps
If you go to training in the menu bar you should be able to see it.

I have done IA and Bronze in UK and Level 1 in Australia and believe you get the best expierience by attending the courses and feeding off the Tutor's, some are really good some are mediocre but you also have to chance to bat around ideas and expierience from your course mates
