...the "Switzerland of America" with the mountains, lakes plus Atlantic Ocean.

Myself a member of the local Planet Fitness, so interested in HOW to gain muscle to equal to or exceed those 17-inch + bicep gals over at http://www.herbiceps.com (several of my favorites listed over at the Glutamine chapter of the "Talk Performance" section here, this being my 2nd post.)

Myself 5'10" and 215 lbs., so when I read of somebody like Christina Prinn and see on her website of to 190-220 lbs of pure muscle, see photo of her on the machine, with both tremendous biceps AND triceps, with 300 lbs. x 3 on the lateral pulldown machine, well, (;-) I've got to get some secrets here of HOW to get better than my to 230 lbs. for 12 reps x 3 sets I think is my limit before my hands start sweting and losing the grip without gloves, so to add them? to try 250 lbs. next time, and those bicep peak curls with the free weights, myself to 16-inches now wanting more like I said to equal these gals at least!

See the hyperlinks to two new informative websites for improving routine, so if you know of any more, would you please let me know, and if any strong women here in http://www.state.nh.us who also like to go swimming, please reply for like maybe also a test of strength? One woman over at Her Biceps, Maria from Canada having written to one of my replies that she gains great tricep strength practicing with 75-lb weighs from the waist on the dip machine, myself on the assisted dip machine gaining ground for maybe a 45-lb weight next time, having tried that once to only 5 reps I think it was an the regular dip machine, CYBEX -brand at the P.F. here. Maria writing in that she did #x-more reps than her male challenger. Maybe the secret being to lift up, chest out at an angle? rather than straight up? the pressure put on the triceps then more than the shoulders? Going IN SEARCH OF...this info now. __

Best wishes, Joe
