Hi everyone! I am a new member, a Brit in Doha, Qatar working for the Asian Games which happen here in December this year!
I used to be very active but then I got married and had a child! I have just recently (the last eight weeks) begun an excercise and weight program using a treadmill and dumbells and am loking to start an Old Boys basketball club here! If there happen to be any others out there who live in Doha drop me a line! I am interested in fitness in general as I have lead a pretty lazy life for the past ten years and am taking it slowly getting fit (er) again. Any advice about nutrition or excercise for the older man (!) would be gratefully received! Bye for now! 8)
