:P Hello,I don't know if I can call myself a fit person sinse I exersise three hours a day( one hour walk and jog mostly jog,one hour steps aerobics ,low intensity,one hour callisthenics using some dumbells,ankles weight and my body weight as resistanse).but still I have to do a lot of work to my big thighs and my flabby triceps.anyway I am a short F 4:11 108 pounds weight and 52 years old my waist is too thin which show the biggest of my thighs anyone have some advices to me to reduce them.

well the best time to do your aerobic workouts is in the morning on empty stomach since it burn more fat! well how much you have to do it it depends on your stamina.well you should do at least 30-45min at 60%-70% of you max heart rate. your max heart is 226 - age= 174 this your max heart rate at the age of 52 so you should be doing between 104 - 122 bpm(beatperminute).for five times a week and watch what you are putting in your mouth :wink: try it for at least month and if you are not improving then there is something wrong with the diet. keep up the good work!
