Hi,
I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Coach Dan of HuffTraining.com. We specialize in training high school athletes to prepare them for college athletics.
Aside from running hufftraining.com, I am also the strength and conditioning coordinator for Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Here I have the pleasure of working with over 400 athletes on 18 division 1A teams.
