.Hi everyone, I am new to this site, so I though I'd take a minute to tell you all who I am. wink
My name first name is Julia, but I go by my middle name Josephine. I am 17 years old and live in the netherlands. I am adopted from hong kong and my nationality is Finnish. wink
My favourite track event is the 100m sprint. I haven't yet taken part in a sprinting competition, but I hope to get the chance in the very near future. wink
My dream is the same as most peoples', to make the olympics one day, but preferably the 2008 olympics as beijing is in china. 8)
Well, that's all for now. Hope to get to know lots of new friends. D

Hi there, my name is Chris and I thought I would say, wow you come form an intersting background. I am 24 form Australia and I am also a 100m sprinter, I have qualifications in the areas of sport and exercise science and am registered with fitness Australia. If you want some advice on sprint training just let me know and I would be more than happy to help, I am currently consulting with a strength and conditioning specialist, a hormone response specialist, and various other research scientists on how to develop the most power and speed over the 100m distance. This is all teaching me alot and some things I really would never have thought of. Let me know if you wanna chat.
Cheers, Chris.
