Long time ago, I thought that as much as you play, as much you benfit tha muscle. But actually that's not true, cause the muscle needs a huge input to show up the best output. 1st of all, amino is great before and after the play, but you won't imagin the drawbacks , on the long run. So I wish noone hear to the coach cause he may either wanna buy or lack of information. What I did is; after you have your huge meal of dinner or luch ; according to the time you'll excercise, the body is now rich in fats , carbo, and protiens.. go to gym after the meal with 30 hours maximum not to allow the whole food to be accumlated but to be burned. You won't imagin the great power you got as well. After you finish a heavy weight excercise, immediatly or after few secounds .. eat 2 cans of diet Tuna with brine and water salt... These cans contain no fats nor carb. but so rich in protien or to be more specific 100 caloris in 1 can, means nothing for a body. Take a rest after that 2 to 3 hours maximum. The blood rich in protiens will all go to the excersised muscle, and better to reduce your motion in this 2 hours for blood not to divert the direction. Then play ABS and run the track to burn up the fats accumlated from both luch and tuna.. Trust me, show up your self after 2 month maximum and tell me. ;)
If you choose to play after lunch, better the breakfast should be with very few quantities but rich in protiens.. Eggs, milk, beef anything you like.. And dinner will be vegtables and few fruits.
