Hello - I'm a 52 years old guy who loves running, but can't do it because of long distance runner's knee (both) and constantly recurring leg muscle pulls. So i've taken up cycling, and I'm really getting to love it. But still the ultimate goal is to be able to take up running again.
During the winter I'll do x-country skiing, if the snow conditions allow it - that's a problem around here. (I live in Eidsvoll, 60 Ks north of Oslo).
I've just started taking glucosamine to take care of those knees - and am really interested in other peoples' experiences with it. And if anyone has a cure for those poor pulled leg muscles, I'd be most happy.

Hello, just saw your (old) post - I can vouch for Glucosamine, assuming you take it every day over a long period (weeks / months)

Not sure what you mean by "muscle pulls" - but reply if you'd like to talk.
