hello there everyone, just a quick intro, I have been involved in sport in one way or another all my life except for a lay off after basic military training, (5 years), when I found the delights of wine, women, and song and unfortunately navel discipline (usually from the wrong end). I now like to weight train and cycle, I believe in quality over quantity (make what you want out of that ladies, it's my excuse and I'm sticking to it) in all things. what I would like from the site is education, information, to talk to like minded individuals and hopefully a laugh. I run my own sports injury clinic within a podiatry centre, I lecture at weekends on body, sports and remedial massage. Train hard, recover well and improve, remember it's the journey and not the destination that counts (so they tell me). Take it easy John Murphy
