I am new to the PP forum and am just recovering from a periformis injury on my left side while training for a 10 K run four months ago. Have done physio and visceral manipulation during this time. I know that my pelvis is twisted and that my running form needs correction. I've been doing excercises to develop the muscle further (weights, step-ups) but it is still noticeably weak. I really want to get back to running - how should I proceed?

Thanks,

Mary
