Hi Joey1979

No Offense intended here, but you might as well have asked, "Can anyone tell me how to get to Carnagie Hall?" (yeah, practice) Sorry about that however my point is, your question is a little too broad, and needs to be narrowed down a bit. Narrowing the question down, will also help you to see what your goal can be broken down to. You want to get to sets of 100.

It would be good to give readers a clear idea where you are presently
at in your effort to achieve your ultimate goal of 100 push - ups per set
for example.

Are you able to do 60 push - ups per set?
What are you doing at the present that you hope will get you to 100 / 30?
What types of push - up / pull-up variations are you presently using? (inclines/declines, one handers, tricep, inverted, finger tip, '1/2 ies')
Are you using plyometric drills to improve the condition of your
Fast twitch muscle fibers, and the same question applies to Slow Twitch
muslce too.
What exercises are you doing to improve your overall upper body
strength? (Inbalance of muscles due to any one exercise done
excessively contributes to injury.)
Are you satisified with the present weight you are at while training?
Do you have any medical history that might present a reason for
not doing an exercise, or at least requiring modifications to help you
achieve your goal?

You see what I mean? Without a clear picture you could be ill advised,
or you could be told to do things you are already doing.

Perhaps just my queries will help you to think about your fitness goal
differently? More information is required for a sufficient answer. :)
