Hi
I am a 65 year old veteran road cyclist . I live in sunny Australia at Albury which is right on the border of NSW/ Vic.
I moved here from Birmingham , England back in 1963.
I picked up the Peak Performance website a few months ago when I decided to get back on the bike and trim my body back a bit. I needed to lose a couple of stone.
Currently I am doing 150-250 kms per week, and I have been using a lot of the tips from the newsletter.
I would love to hear from anyone who has any questions about life in Australia or Cycling.
Keep those pedals turning.
