Just wanted to introduce myself, and say hello to the community. I am a runner, biomechanicist, and soon to be physical therapist. I live in northern california, but may be moving shortly for a doctoral program in focusing on injury biomechanics. My running interest/training focuses on marathon to ultramarathon distances.

First i jst wnt to say hi to everyone
and second i would like help on my training programme at the moment i go to the gym 3/4 times a week and do weights but im not getin much bigger i want to build fast but i dont really have a clue ov what training to do, i have read many mags and reports but i dont really now what i should be doing e.g. how many reps/sets and wat weights to be lifting,what suplements to take if any. can someone help me make or fing a trainig programme.
