Hi all,
Was recommended this site by a friend. So thought I would have a look and register.
I'm not really any good at writing bio's so it will be pretty brief.
I'm 35 male and to be brutal - well out of shape. I used to play a lot football, rugby and go running and do the odd set of weights.
I'm just about to post a couple of questions in the training forum - didn;t want to do it here as it didn't appear to be the right forum.
