Happy New Year Everyone!
2004 saw me sticking to my schedules and really enjoying the exercises and seeing results. That was until October though. Since then it has been zero exercise and hapazard lunches and dinners...and I feel like melted ice cream! This crazy life style will continue till the 15th of Jan and after that I will be back on track.
Question is, how shall I go about doing this since it would've been 3 1/2 months without any exercise. Lots of cardio to get the body going? Or, the old schedule of combining cardio for 20 minutes and weights for 1 hr?
Any advice would be of great help. Thanks!
