I am 23 years old and and i have been doing athletics since i was 15. My best results are: 100m- 11.21, 200m-22.06, 400m-49.98
I am from Hungary.

I forgot 60 m- 7.21

I am 24 and ran the 100 metres in 10.81 sec when I was 19. I am not a true sprinter in that I am play rugby where speed is critical, especially where playing on the wing

Im 13 and I run the 200 metres in 24.08s, and the 400 metres in 56.09s.

hay there will my name is sam gibson and a small time athlete from brissbane my P/B's for the 100m is 11.00sec , 60m 6.20 sec and 200m 22.85 have you tried 10m and 20m split's they are good to do and work well too once you try it would be nice for you to let me know how you go ok

Im 16 my fastest 100m time is 11.00sec, 60m is 7.20, 200m is 21.98 but i dont do the 400metres because i try to go to fast and end up running out of steam at the end

I think he meant he can run a 60 in 7.2 or 8.2. People have told me they can run an 800 at 1:35 or something like that, they wont give up, and the thing is the girl that told me that is obese, and when I told her shell have the WR shes like "I Know".
