A lot of fitness instructors out there trying to help others lose weight, or some overweight people are going on their own. Some will attain their goals, and get that fit body. Others will get fit, but will still have fat deposits on their body, and no matter what you do for exercise those fat deposits will remain.
To remove the extra fat deposits one might have to resort to liposuction, or some other kind of surgical procedure. Fat deposits can show up in many places for men and women.
For men really embarrassing fat deposits can be in the underarms and chest area, of course there is the stomach area too. The chest are can be a very touchy subject for men, and this alone can make them shy away from many things, because it does affect their self-esteem. It can lead to self-destruction, and effect choices that person makes in life.
Being overweight can cause stretch marks, for men and women. When some people lose weight, for some, their skin will sag and droop. To fix this problem, once again a person might have to consider some kind of surgery.
As for the people with those fat deposits or stretch marks, and you're thinking of getting some kind of surgery? Do your research first, and find what is out there for help. You might consider some surgical procedures, but one must know that when operate on the body, it's always has a serious consideration. This is an operation.
For men, with extra fat on their chest, there is a surgery called "gynecomastia." Do an internet search on it and see what you come up with.
There you go you fitness instructors, hope this gives you insight into what goes on in an overweight persons who is trying to lose weight, but can only lose so much fat. Some people will achieve the goal of attaining a nice body, but there people who do lose weight, that will still have some kind of fat deposits, and or stretch marks with saggy skin. Knowing some of these subjects are touchy and a lot of people don't want to mention such things about their bodies, I hope this helps and gives you more insight.
So this is for all you instructors that come across people that are trying to lose weight or have done so. You might have suggestions, but now you have more answers.
