Im just a little curious about how athletic people who are on this forum are...i know there are many other ways to measure athletic ability but i just wanted to see what kind of vertical leaps you guys have. and if u could also state your height, weight, and age that would be wonderful, thanks.

Why?
Last time I had my vertical measured I was 18 (7-years ago) when I played competative basketball. At the time I was 6'7" roughly 225lbs and had a 24" standing vertical. At the time I wasn't into 'training' for basketball besides playing games on the playground.

i'm 6ft, 206 lbs, 44 years and my vertical is minus 2".
when I was 20ish i could touch the rim of a basketball hoop from a standing jump, about 27" I reckon, but I think I did 30" at one time. I was 150lbs until I was 30!
