yeh im new and i need help on dropping my mile time. im a junior in highschool and my pr. is 4:52.26 but i got injured and now it's a 5:09.14. how can i get this back down? ive got this time the past 3 meets. i run about 50-60 miles per week. and about 10-15 of those are tempo runs and sprint workouts.

What are youre best times on 800m and 1000m . What kind of sprint work you do?
Write one week of you tipical training .
