Hello everyone

I have always been interested in the sprints, 100m, 200m, and 400m so I have started practicing the events since January. I would like advice for improving my speed and technique.

Power cleans

Hi everyone

Can someone describe to me Power cleans?

Also Dynamic ankle jogs.

What is the difference between a one-leg knee bend and a Dynamic one-leg knee bend

hey terrier anerobic power underpins speed, the best way to improve your speed is to look into your anaerobic power. your technique will develope as time goes on but professionals are the best to seek advice for in that department! :D hope i was of any help!!
