Hi guys, girls,
I was reading posts about the best time to drink protein shakes (before vs after a workout) and there seems to be a lot of knowledge here, so here I am.
Im looking to gain some size and tone over the next few years, I used to be a footballer but due to a knee injury I have to cut down the twisting and turning. I'm working out in the gym 5 days a week before work without breakfast before. I am 68kgs, 6ft & not much fat on me at all.
What protein shakes would people suggest/recommend? i dont really want to gain size unless its muscle, so a mixture of carbs/protein doesnt seem to be the right combo, but i dont know. :)
Any help, advice on specific products that i could buy on/off the internet would be great!
