Hey everyone first time on this forum. Anyways last monday i pulled a quad muscle when I tackled someone and I was wondering how I should treat it? It hasn't really got a good chance to heal cos I got football practice 5 days out of the week and by the end of the week the pain gets pretty bad. Is there any way to block out the pain or to help it heal faster? thanks a lot!
