Snowboarding-Half-pipe & Talent Identification

Hello,

I'm undertaking a Masters Research program at university and we need to design a talent identification and development program for Snowboarding -Half Pipe. As the AIS won't allow you access to ask questions to their coaches or athletes and I could only find two journal articles in my searches. I'm looking for some information on TID programs and snowoarding-half pipe
What are the basic skills a snowboarder requires? What age would you need to access for TID?
If you were looking at talent transfer, what sports could athletes come from?
What components should the TID program include?
