Hi there everbody, I live in Cape Town South Africa. I have my degree in Sport Science and have been struggling to find a suitable job in South Africa. I am in the process of securing a job in Cape Town as a Sports Co-ordinator at a private college. It is a great opportunity owing to the fact that I'm only 26 years old and have been actively participating in Athletics at national level for 18 years. One of the sports I'm not too educate on is rowing and this is one of the sports offered at the college. If anyone has some tips on firstly identifying talent in this sporting code(body type etc.) it would be a great help and secondly any tips on coaching the sport (starting with basic fitness). Thanks and kind regards Gareth Foster.

With the sport of rowing, you need to break it down to the the individuals weakness. this is best done by video taping a typical training session.
