im 14 this yr,lately i just post a forum about bodybuiliding to increase my performance in athletics,im targeting to run below 11.50s and 25.50s in each events by next yr.But beside doing some workout,i need some speed training too,so can u guys give me some training tips to improve myself.
last yr,i ran 12.85s in 100m,but i manage to improve my timing by late decmber with a 12.20s in 100m.but due to a lack of training,i only ran 13.46s this year....im so frustrated with the result,so just to improve it,i hope u guys will be sincere enough to offered me some speed training tips.thnx!

g'day there mate i am 20 year's old from brisbane and i run the 100m in 11.00 and the 200m in 22. 80's that was when i was 15 and 16 now a bit faster and i never did body building and i am now a couch and i dont know what type of wieght's you are doing but if it is to make your muscle's to look bigger like a body builder then you should not do it ok yes wieght's are good but the way you do them will make a big difference in your race your wieght's should be hevey and about 3to 5 rep's per set and no more then that and 3 to 4 set's that will streathen your mucsle's but not make them bigger ok i hope i helped you bye...
