I'm looking for a simlple stopwatch that i can programme for intervals.
I need to be able to set activity and rest periods so that the watch will bleep at the end of each (with a warning each time)
Anybody know where I can get hold of one? Seems a simple request, but I keep getting blank stares in the shops I have tried.

The more advanced Timex Ironman watches have programmable repetitive timers.

Look at www.cranlea.co.uk and then to their timing systems. You will see the variety of stop watches that complete this task. Also Nike have this feature on their watches
