hi there
i just wondering if anyone out there know of any special hockey drills or training i coach the second team at the club i play for they age from 12 to 50 although the members that go training are the younger ones thanks paul

go to the www.englishhockey.co.uk, click on the downloads section and you can download the Hockey Core Skills book. It's 40 pages long with loads of drills and is suuitable for all ages.
